Chicken strips that are lightly breaded and fried. served with choice of dipping sauces. options include honey mustard, ranch, and bbq sauce.
CHICKEN WINGS
Seasoned wing section that is lightly breaded. tossed in a buffalo sauce. served with bleu cheese, or ranch and celery.
HOT CRAB DIP
Chef and owner, own secret ingredients mixed in a cream cheese with crab meat. served hot with crackers or baguettes.
STUFFED MINI CROISSANTS
Croissants stuffed with our own homemade chicken salad, tuna salad, and/or pimento cheese.
CLUB TRIO SANDWICH
A classic of white or wheat bread with ham, turkey, bacon, and cheese cut into quarter size.
FINGER SANDWICHES

POTATO SKINS
Potato skins topped with bacon, cheese, chives. baked in the oven and served with sour cream.
HAM AND PINEAPPLE STICKS
Dices of ham, pineapple chunks, and cubed cheddar cheese on a stick and placed on a whole pineapple for a great display.

Bite size meatballs that is baked in our bourbon sauce with pineapple chunks.
